First Course (Choice of):
Napoletan Eggplant – Our signature appetizer: tender chopped eggplant sautéed with crushed plum tomatoes and basil, crowned with warm ricotta and parmesan.
Shrimp Aragonese – Shrimp sautéed in olive oil with crushed plum tomato, roasted red peppers, basil, capers, garlic, and finished with lemon juice.
Burrata with Truffle Figs – Ball of burrata mozzarella with a creamy center, served with truffle figs marinated in honey over arugula.
Zucchini alla Parmigiana – Sautéed thin-sliced zucchini served with marinara and smoked mozzarella, topped with parmesan.
Second Course (Choice of):
Trenne Dolce Italia – Our signature dish: triangle tube pasta in creamy tomato sauce with mozzarella, mushrooms, and parmesan. (Add sausage or meatballs available)
Tagliatelle Truffle Carbonara with Shrimp – Fresh pasta in a sauce of egg yolk, truffle crema, black pepper, sautéed shrimp, pancetta, peas, and parmesan.
Pappardelle with Lamb Meatballs – Fresh pasta with two ground lamb meatballs stuffed with mozzarella, served with marinara and parmesan.
Fettuccine Di Maria – Fresh pasta with crushed plum tomato sauce, basil, and crumbled sausage, served on a bed of eggplant purée.
Chicken Piccata – Chicken breast scallopini cooked in white wine, lemon, butter, and capers, served with a side of fresh angel hair in piccata sauce.
Red Snapper Puttanesca – Filet of red snapper in a tomato sauce of crushed plum tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, capers, black olives, and basil, served with a side of fresh angel hair in puttanesca sauce.
Third Course (Choice of):
Tiramisu al Caffè – Classic espresso and liqueur-soaked ladyfingers layered with mascarpone custard.
Limoncello Cake – Layers of lemon cake with limoncello mascarpone buttercream.
Pistachio Tartufo – Pistachio gelato ball coated in chocolate and dusted with graham cracker, served sliced into four pieces.
Tiramisu alla Mandorla – Almond liqueur-soaked ladyfingers with mascarpone custard, topped with chopped almonds.
